My Story

I’m Keira Dionne — a community herbalist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Three Wishes Apothecary, based in Houston, Texas.

I founded Three Wishes Apothecary with a singular vision: to harness the power of whole-plant medicine to improve the mind, body, and spirit while fostering harmony between people and nature. Through ethically crafted, plant-based products, I strive to bring traditional wellness practices into the modern world, creating opportunities for healthier, more balanced living.

With a background rooted in holistic health and a deep respect for sustainable practices, I’ve built Three Wishes Apothecary as a platform to offer premium wellness solutions that reflect the synergy of nature and science, advocate for sustainable living and natural health practices, and educate individuals on the benefits of whole-plant medicine and holistic approaches to well-being.

Training & Credentials

My herbalism practice is grounded in formal education and continuous study:

  • Pacific Rim College — Community Herbalist Certificate (2024–2025)
  • Sacred Journey School of Herbalism — Herbal Medicine Level I (2023–2024)
  • Cornell University — Modern Herbalism & Plant-Based Medicines
  • Del Mar College — Marketing

Before Herbalism

I didn’t arrive at herbalism by accident. I spent over two decades building a career in sales leadership and operations — work that taught me how to run a business, serve customers, and think strategically.

As Vice President of Sales at Standard Soil, PBC (home of Blue Nest Beef and BoboLinks Snack Foods), I led commercial strategy for regenerative agriculture brands. Before that, I spent nearly a decade as a Territory Sales Manager in commercial B2B distribution at Reader’s Wholesale Distributors, and held roles in specification management, construction project coordination, and retail sales spanning 30+ years of professional experience.

That commercial foundation gives me the discipline to run a mission-driven business without losing sight of the bottom line — and it shapes how I approach everything from product development and quality control to community engagement and brand building.
